This week we feature a crowd favorite, episode #28, The Alternate Side. The plot of this episode is simply brilliant. It involves Jerry's car getting stolen, at which time he calls his car phone and has a very civil, logical conversation with the thief himself. The street's car parker, Sid, goes on vacation due to the theft and leaves George with the job of parking the cars, which becomes a disaster. Meanwhile, Elaine is trying to figure out how to break up with her sixty-six year old boyfriend, but is set back when he has a stroke but is delayed medical car due to the traffic mess George has caused with all his cars. But the recurring theme throughout all of this excitement is that Kramer has landed a part in a Woody Allen film, in which his single line is "These pretzels are making me thirsty." In the attempt to assist Kramer in the tone and intonation of his performance, the four friends all find ways to state this pretzel observation in their daily goings on:
